Any dispute concerning the present agreement that cannot be settled by negotiations between the parties or their representatives will be submitted to arbitration in accordance with the provisions of the Code of Civil Procedure of the State of Wallis (Switzerland). The arbitration shall take place in the judicial district of Monthey (Wallis state) Switzerland and the language used shall be French.
